Rustenburg Cycling Club is very proud of Adriaan du Plooy & Morne Vorster who participated in the “Ride the Karoo 3day stage Race” which took place on 23-25 Sept 2022. They came 5th overall as a team. The Race takes place in the heart of the Karoo at Dwarsvlei farm. Each stage passes by historical 100-year-old stables and 200-year-old stone walls leading onto double lane sheep tracks while riding past familiar windpumps scenes along the way.
