The Rand Water Race for Victory 2019 took place on the 15^th of September, and was staged and organised by Frances Vorwerg School for Cerebral Palsied and Learning Disabled Children.

This prestigious road cycling event is an official qualifier for the Cape Town Cycle Tour and attracts some of the elite cyclists in South Africa.
