On 12 July 2025, Lynn van Tonder participated in the SA Duathlon Championship, representing North West at Hoekwil, George.

Congratulations to Lynn van Tonder, who won Gold (first place) in her age category 65-69 (5km Run, 20km Bicycle and 2.km Run). Rustenburg Cycling Club is very proud of her achievements and teaching us that age is just a number….if you put your heart and mind to it anything is possible
